Tummy Time

Lucy does Tummy Time at school every day, but we decided to have a little of our own at home tonight. She was too funny. She kept putting her stupid hand in her mouth. She is SUCH a thumb sucker and usually wants nothing to do with the pacifier. She'd rather have nothing at all than a pacifier most of the time...but always manages to slip her finger in her mouth. Silly girl!

She holds her head up great now and tries so hard to roll over. She'll get it soon. Before we know it, she'll be scooting all across the floor. :-)

Big smile!! Everybody at school calls her Pretty Girl and it always makes her smile. They say, "Good Morning, Pretty Girl" and she turns into nothing but gums!!! She's nearly 6 months now, so it won't be long before her bottom two teeth poke through. Gosh, they just grow too fast!!!!!

Playing with her toys:

Jack was getting jealous. He's so funny....he's not jealous because I'm giving Lucy all my attention....he's jealous because Lucy is playing with me and not him!!! He doesn't come in and say Mommy I want to do something with you. Instead, he says Mommy, I wanna lay with Lucy!!!" He just loves his little sister. Especially her cheeks. He is always squishing them and telling her, "Lucy Goosey, I just love your big fat baby cheeks!"

One of my favorites. This is typical Jack behavior. He gets right on top of her (but gently minds that he isn't squishing her) and she ALWAYS laughs at whatever he does. They are too sweet together.
