Jack and Lucy went to the Easter Egg Hunt at Piedmont on Saturday. YAYY!!
At first, Jack was surprisingly shy with the bunny. He was excited to see him at first, but after having to wait a little while for his turn, he got shy. When it was his turn, he grabbed on to Mommy's leg and wouldn't go NEAR the bunny. Just like with Santa, he didn't cry or fuss or anything....he just had to be "convinced" to go near him.

We finally, got a picture and Jack wouldn't let the bunny get close to him so we're all squatting down while the bunny is standing. It was good enough to get us warmed up.....

Jack was READY to go find some eggs. They had a craft egg or the kids to do while they waited for their age groups. I asked Jack, "hey, Buddy, do you wanna make an egg?" And he just said "I don't want to MAKE and EGG....I want to FIND the eggs. Where are they!!??"
HA HA! HE was ready to go and wanted nothing to do with any of the food or crafts that were offered.

LOOK AT ALL MY EGGS, MOMMY!!!

After we found the eggs, Jack wanted to go "show" the Easter Bunny what he had found. This time, it was much easier to get a picture of him with the bunny. ha ha!

Yes, Lucy was with us. She just had more fun getting ooooh and awwweed over by all the Members. We got some good pictures of her with the bunny at the Brunch on Sunday, so no worries. The Egg Hunt was just all about Jack! :-D

Giving Lucy good luck kisses!
